Description
Overview
The SF514M-MPO-100M QSFP28 transceiver is designed for 100 Gb/s links over multimode fiber (MMF). It is compliant with the QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and IEEE 802.3bm standards.
The optical transmitter section of the transceiver incorporates a 4-channel VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser) array, a 4-channel input buffer and laser driver, diagnostic monitoring, and control and bias circuitry. The module control interface provides a 2-wire serial interface (TWS) for clock and data communication.
