High-performance 400GE transceiver for links up to 10 km over single-mode fiber. It combines 8x 26.5625 GBd PAM4 electrical lanes into 4x 53.125 GBd PAM4 optical channels per 100G Lambda MSA 400G-LR4-10 and IEEE 400GBASE-LR4-6, with cooled EA-DFB lasers at CWDM 1.3 µm wavelengths WDM'd onto a single fiber pair through an LC connector.
