1. Acceptance
By accessing foredgetech.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only; any purchase, OEM / ODM engagement or partnership is governed by a separate signed agreement.
2. Ownership of content
The site and its contents — text, product photography, datasheets, page design, logos and the Foredge name — are the property of Foredge Technology or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation of our products. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or use of our marks or materials requires our prior written permission.
3. Product information and availability
Product pages, specifications, photos and compatibility notes are provided for information only and do not constitute an offer, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or a commitment to supply. Specifications are subject to change as products evolve; the binding specification for any order is the one agreed in your contract or order confirmation. Not all products are available in every region — contact sales for local availability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any way that violates applicable law, attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interferes with the site's operation, or misrepresents your identity when submitting an enquiry.
5. Downloads
Firmware, datasheets, manuals and other files in the download centre are provided solely for use with Foredge products. They are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of Foredge. Always use firmware matching your exact hardware model and follow the accompanying release notes; production networks should be upgraded during maintenance windows with a rollback plan.
6. Third-party websites
Links to third-party sites (for example our cloud services or partner portals) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foredge disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foredge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Shenzhen have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this website, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; the revision date below identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
