Challenge

Multiple island properties needed seamless guest-room, pool and beach Wi-Fi, centralized management without on-site IT at each location, regulatory guest authentication, and equipment that survives tropical coastal humidity and salt air.

Solution

Per-property design replicable across the chain: S5700-series L3 core, AI1024G PoE access per building, panel APs in rooms, high-capacity ceiling APs in lobbies/restaurants/pools, ruggedized outdoor APs for beaches and gardens.

Managed all properties centrally via Apollo CMS with guest network segmentation from operational and payment traffic, plus SMS/social/VIP-code authentication.

Results

• A chain-standard property template: high-density guest Wi-Fi, CCTV on the same PoE fabric, and zero-touch scaling for new properties.
• Coastal-hardened outdoor coverage across pools, beaches and gardens.
